Have you attended training that you have spent hundreds of dollars or even thousands sending your CAD group to training? Once you attend the class you find out that the content is being trained directly out of the book.
Maybe you had a question about something that applied to your situation at work and it couldn't be fully explained because it didn't follow the course content. I have had in the past sat in some very awesome courses by ATCs and training centers while I have also sat in my far share of courses that just didn't make me feel like the instructor had real experience.
I have been fortunately enough to be able to partner up with a training center that believes in structured training that doesn't come from a book, and using instructors with real world experience. I believe that everyone can learn out of a book, but others learn better with an instructor there to help show and talk about how something might apply to a specific situation at work. The book should be used as an extension of the learning experience and not the main experience when attending instructor led courses.
If you want to learn from some of the best in the 3D animation and AutoCAD, and want a different pace of training than what you might have had in the past check out Virtual Partners Training Center.
Sincerely,
Lee
