Wouldn't it be nice to be able to format the information in the cells of the tables that you create in AutoCAD similar to Microsoft Excel? I thought it would be neat, after all you could provide formatting for Fields after all. Well apparently I am not the only one thought this would be a nice feature to have as it appears to now be possible in AutoCAD 2007 to format individual cells or the three main sections of a table style. You can choose from the following data types when formatting a cell or table style:
- Angle
- Date
- Decimal Number
- General
- Point
- Text
- Whole Number
Watch for more information on AutoCAD 2007 coming to this blog in the near future.
Sincerely,
Lee
